These Terms and Conditions are the agreement between the user and the EZAudioCut Team (hereinafter referred to as "we") regarding the downloading, installation, use and reproduction of the "EZAudioCut MT Edition" software (hereinafter referred to as "Software").
This Agreement describes the rights and obligations between us and our users regarding the use of the Software and related aspects.
Content
This software allows you to edit, download, store, share and otherwise provide certain information, text, graphics, video or other material ("Content").
You are responsible for the content posted to the Service, including its legality, reliability and appropriateness.
By publishing content to the Service, you grant us the right and permission to use, modify, publicly execute, publicly display, copy and distribute such Content on and through the Services.
You retain any and all rights to any Content that you submit, post or display on or through the Service, and you are responsible for protecting those rights.
You agree that this license includes our right to provide your content to other service users and that they may use your content in accordance with these terms.
You represent and warrant that: (i) the content belongs to you (you own) or you have the right to use it and grant us the rights and licenses set forth in these Terms, and (ii) the posting of your content in or through the Service will not infringe Anyone's right to privacy, publicity, copyright, contractual rights or any other right.
Subscription
The charge portion of the service is charged according to the subscription model. We will charge you regularly on a subscription basis. The subscription cycle is based on monthly and annual payment.
Subscriptions will be automatically renewed unless the renewal is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the current subscription period. Your account will be charged a renewal fee for your package within 24 hours of the end of the current subscription period. After purchase, you can set up management or turn off automatic renewal at any time in your Apple ID account.
Free trial
The EZAudioCut Development Operations team is free to provide a free trial subscription for a limited period of time. Until the end of the free trial period, unless you cancel your subscription, you will be charged a subscription fee of the type you choose. The EZAudioCut team reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the free trial offer or cancel the free trial offer at any time without prior notice.
Cost change
The EZAudioCut team have permission to modify the subscription fee at any time. Any subscription fees will be in effect at the end of the currently subscribed billing cycle. If the fee increases, it will take effect after you confirm it. If you do not agree, the subscription will automatically stop the subscription after the current period ends. If the fee is reduced, it will be automatically renewed.
Refund
EZAudioCut teams may consider refund requests for certain subscriptions based on collective circumstances and are subject to the discretion of the technical support team.

Our services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not easily accessible or controlled. We are unable to control the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party website or service and are not responsible for it. Any damage or loss caused or claimed by the goods or services is directly or indirectly liable. Through any such website or service.

Applicable law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which the user is located, without regard to their conflict of laws provisions.Our failure to enforce any of the rights or provisions of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such rights. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by the Court, the remaining terms of those Terms will continue to be in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our services and supersede and supersede any prior agreements between us regarding the services we may have.

The interpretation, modification and renewal of the disclaimer are owned by the EZAudioCut-MT development and operations team.
